RULES AND REGULATIONS

FOR

DEER, HOG, TURKEY, QUAIL AND FISHING

1. All State of Alabama game and fishing regulations shall govern all hunts
2. All hunters must sign a release form.
3. NO alcoholic beverages will be allowed either before or during a hunt.
4. All hunters MUST stay on their stands unless otherwise authorized by plantation guides. If a deer is harvested and is in full view of your stand, you may, after making sure he is dead, go to your deer. If the deer should run off, DO NOT attempt to track the deer until your guide arrives.
5. You may take 1 buck and 3 does.  The buck must be 8 points or better with a 16” spread.  NO BUTTON BUCKS!  The fee for taking a lesser buck will be $ 500.00. By harvesting larger does, this will not happen.  If there is any question, DO NOT SHOOT!
6. Safety Belts must be used in all stands except house stands.
7. NEVER load your weapon until you are securely in your stand. Always unload before coming down.
8. There shall be no field dressing.  All dressing must be done at the cooler room.
9. ALL RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED! Any deviation from these rules and you will be asked to leave the property and pay the required fee.
10. The plantation management shall make final discretion.
11. An open bar is offered for your pleasure after the hunt. Any misuse or over indulging will not be tolerated.
12. We are very glad to have you as our guest. We want you to have a SAFE, and FUN time !  GOOD HUNTING!

SPORTING CLAY COURSE

1.   Safety is everyone's responsibility

2.   Report any unsafe shooting conditions

3.   Always use eye and ear protection

4.   All guns, even unloaded guns, must always have chamber open

5.   Keep barrels pointed in a safe direction

6.   A maximum of 2 cartridges is allowed on semi-automatic guns

7.   All guns must be unloaded before leaving stations

8.   Do not aim at or shoot other station's targets

9.   Do not aim at or intentionally shoot any wildlife

10.  No shots smaller than a 9oz or larger than a 71/2 oz
