Great Southern Outdoors Staff Hall of Fame

Great Southern Outdoors is honored to list these two outdoorsmen under our Staff Hall of Fame for their involvement in creating what has grown to be one of the top hunting plantations in the south.  Over 20 years ago Mike and Lee used there skills as avid hunters and outdoorsmen to work along with the State of Alabama to set up management programs that has led to the success of raising quality trophy whitetails. We will always be grateful for their vision and interest in Great Southern Outdoors.

Great Southern Outdoors would like to recognize the following seasonal employee's:

Steve Long ( Alabama : head turkey guide for 6 years)
Lynn Morris : ( Alabama: 6 years ; turkey and quail guide)
Ryan McWhorter: ( Alabama ; 5 years; turkey)
Red Cowan : ( Alabama; 7 years; quail)
George Freeman : ( Alabama ; 3 years; quail)
Rick Thompson : ( Alabama, 6 years; in charge of special events)
Bobby Lowe : ( Alabama, 5 years, assistant chief )

Great Southern Outdoors would also like to recognize past employees who have contributed 103 years combined experience to the growth of this GSO!

Recently the guides of Great Southern Outdoors completed their CPR training to renew or obtain CPR certification. All guides at Great Southern Outdoors are required to be CPR certified.

Great Southern Outdoors uses the most reliable equipment to service our customers.  One of our fleet vehicles will be used to take customers to and from the stands.
